Adding Contact Form to Your Presentation

Are you looking for an easy way to generate leads or to get in touch with your clients? Highnote now has a simple solution to help you do just that!

You can now ask your recipients to enter their contact details directly in your Highnote. This will provide you with key contact information and allow you to reach out to your clients with ease.

STEP 1: When you insert a new asset into your presentation, you will have the option "ADD CONTACT FORM"

STEP 2: Once you click, the Contact Form will appear. Put a title to your Contact Form such as: "Enter your Contact Information Here", "Contact Me" or "Leave Me a Message".

Note: You can reorder slides in your Highnote Presentation, including the contact form, by just clicking the three dash lines on the left of your asset. Read Reordering Slides in Highnote for more details.

Once you preview your Highnote, this is how the contact form will appear. πŸ‘‡πŸ»

Note: The Name, Email, and Message fields are required. If left blank, an error message will appear.

Once the form is filled out, the 'submit' button will now be clickable. πŸ‘‡πŸ»

Every time someone sends a message with their details, you will receive a notification from Highnote automatically. Great, isn't it? 😊
