Sending your Highnote via Email Invite

After creating your presentation, it's time to share it!

Show your Highnote presentations to your colleagues and clients. One way of sharing it is via email invite. Follow the step-by-step guide below:

STEP 1: Share Highnote from the Presentations tab or from the actual presentation

From the main "Presentations" screen, click on the share icon for the Highnote that you want to send and select "Email invite".

From the actual presentation, click the three dots on your screen's top right corner and select "EMAIL INVITE".

STEP 2:

Add the Name and Email Address of your recipient. You can click "ADD ANOTHER RECIPIENT" to add as many as you need. Each recipient will not know that there are others copied in the email invite (BCC).

You can also turn off email activity notifications, require your recipients to enter their email addresses to view the Highnote, disable asset download, and set up a password.

Note 1: The name that you entered for your recipient is what will appear in Analytics (see How to Use Analytics in HighNote). If you add more recipients, they will each appear separately.

Note 2: Turning off "Receive analytics by email" will only disable email notifications, you can still view the activities in "Analytics".

Click "Next" once done.

STEP 3:

You can edit the Subject and your message. Hit "Send" to share your Highnote.
