How to use Analytics in Highnote?

What is Highnote Analytics? How can I use Analytics to close more business?

Updated over a year ago

Don't just send your presentation into a black hole, send it with Highnote! πŸ’ͺ🏻

Highnote gives presentations new powers with its easy-to-use Analytics. Highnote's analytics gives the user a birds-eye view of how their presentation is being interacted with. Highnote provides insights into how long items were read, when, and if they were NOT read as well. This includes the amount of time recipients watch specific slides and how they move through the presentation as a whole. Here's how to use the Analytics... πŸ‘‡πŸ»

  • The name and email address you entered for your recipient is what will appear in Analytics. If you add more recipients, they will appear separately.

  • Analytics will also show you the title of the Highnote they're viewing, the device (i.e. Computer, Tablet, or Mobile), and the browser they're using.

  • By clicking "Show details", it will detail the assets that were viewed.

  • After naming the presentation, generate a link - copy, paste, and share it using any messaging platform (i.e. SMS, iMessage, Facebook Messenger, Slack, What's App, Sigal, Viber, Discord, etc.)

  • Once viewed, the email address, the title of the Highnote they're viewing, the device (i.e. Computer, Tablet, or Mobile), and the browser they're using will be found in the Analytics.

😊😊😊

  • After publishing and sharing the link, you'll see the email address of the person who viewed the Public Link.

  • The title of the Highnote, the device (i.e. Computer, Tablet, or Mobile), and the browser they're using will also be found in the same tab.

😊😊😊

βœ” Analytics for Forwarded Highnote Presentations

  • You will receive an email notification from Highnote whenever your presentation is forwarded.

  • In the Analytics tab, it will show how many times your presentation was forwarded, how many recipients for every share, the date and time it was shared.

😊😊😊
