How do I require a recipient to enter a password in order to access my presentation?

Updated over a week ago

By taking a few easy steps, you can easily password-protect your presentation. This feature can help you to protect the information that you would like to share with another person.

STEP 1: Click on the share icon for the Highnote that you want to send or click the three dots on the top right corner of the actual presentation and select "EMAIL INVITE"

STEP 2: Add the name and email address of your recipient. Turn on "Password protect"; enter your desired password. Hit "Next"

Note: By clicking the eye icon, you will be able to review the password you entered. Remember the password as you'll need to share this as well with your email recipient.

STEP 3: Then, it will lead you to the screen below. You can modify the subject line or the message. You may also include the password in the email. If all looks well, simply click "Send"

Note 1: You'll be notified via email by Highnote once your presentation is successfully sent.

Note 2: This is how it'll look on the recipient's end. Upon entering the correct password, they'll be able to view the presentation. πŸ‘‡πŸ»
