Adding a full image asset in your Highnote presentation

This guide provides simple steps to upload, position, and optimize your image asset for a professional and impactful presentation.

Steps to Add an Image Asset:

Log in to your account. Navigate to the "My Presentations" section. Choose an existing presentation where you want to add the image asset or create a new presentation.

Choose "Full image" when adding an asset.

You can add an image by either uploading the asset or dragging the file directly.

You have the option upload an image from your computer, Dropbox, Google Drive and Unsplash.

Adjusting the Image Asset:

  1. Click on Edit Cover.

  2. From here, you can:

    • Change the image by selecting a new one.

    • Reposition the image to adjust its placement.

    • Adjust the brightness to match the desired look.

    • Resize the image

Resizing the Image Asset

This feature allows users to adjust the height of full image assets, providing greater flexibility in asset presentation.

How to Access

  1. Locate the full image asset you wish to resize.

  2. Click on the β€˜Edit cover’ menu and choose "Change size"


​How it works

  1. Hover your cursor over the top or bottom edge of the image.

  2. Click and hold the mouse button.

  3. Drag the edge up or down to adjust the height as desired.

Reset to Original Height
To return the image to its original height (310px):

  1. Look for the button with an arrow icon in the middle of the image.

  2. Click this button to instantly reset the image height.

Notes

  • The minimum and maximum allowable height may vary depending on the original image dimensions.

  • Width remains constant during height adjustments to maintain aspect ratio.
