Step 1: Go to My Presentations. Choose the presentation you want to use as a template for your team. Click on the three dots on the right side and choose Make template.

Step 2: Choose Assign when the pop-up opens to confirm you want to set the presentation as a template for your team.

Step 3: You can choose whether you want to notify your team about the new template or not to notify them.

Step 4: Your team members will now be able to access the new template under Templates in their Highnote account.

To use a team template, go to the template you want to use and choose Use.

Step 5: Click on Duplicate.

You can now edit the template shared by your team and create your own Highnote.
