You’ve finished building your Highnote presentation, but you want to remove one or two assets. Maybe you find your presentation too long or you’ve decided those assets are unnecessary.
Hiding or deleting assets in your Highnote presentation is easy! Here’s how to easily hide or delete an asset.
How to hide an asset:
Step 1: Go to the asset you want to hide.
Step 2: Click on the three dots on the bottom right of the asset.
Step 3: Choose "Hide asset." Your asset is now hidden.
If you change your mind and want the asset to be part of your presentation again, simply click “Show” and your asset will be visible in the presentation again.
Take note that if you’ve sent out or shared your Highnote presentation, viewers will also be unable to see the assets you’ve hidden, even if they received your Highnote link already.
How to delete an asset:
Step 1: Go to the asset you want to delete.
Step 2: Click on the three dots on the bottom right of the asset.
Step 3: Choose "Delete." When the window confirms if you want to remove the item, choose "Delete."
Remember, you can no longer recover deleted assets.
If you want to keep the asset to use again for another presentation in the future, make sure you copy and save it elsewhere before you delete it.
