Few steps on how to upload files from your Dropbox storage

Updated over a year ago

Dropbox is a cloud-based storage service and is one of the most popular and convenient ways to store your files online. If you’d like to upload a file from your Dropbox account into Highnote, here are some steps.

βœ” METHOD 1

STEP 1: Dropbox is already integrated into Highnote. You'll be asked to sign in once so you can easily access your files directly from Dropbox to Highnote.

STEP 2: Once logged in, it will automatically direct you to upload the file from Dropbox.

Note: It'll generate a cover image that you can reposition or change anytime. Read Adjusting Cover Photo Position in Highnote for more details.

βœ” METHOD 2

If you have the Dropbox desktop app, simply drag and drop your files into your presentation.

βœ” METHOD 3

STEP 1: From Dropbox, click the three dots or the 'Share' icon on the file you want to upload and click "Copy Link".

STEP 2: In Highnote, select 'Link' on the Asset portion, paste the link, and click "INSERT".
