When you are the admin of a Highnote team, you can also log-in as another team member from your Team Billing Dashboard. This allows you to see their presentations and analytics as they see it, giving you more oversight on your team members and their activities.

Here's how:

​Step 1: Go to your Highnote profile then choose Manage Team to enter your Team Billing Dashboard.

Step 2: When you enter the Team Billing Dashboard, you'll see a list of your team members. To log-in to Highnote as one your team members, click on the three buttons on the right side of their name. Choose Login as user.

Step 3: After you click Login as user, you will automatically log-in to Highnote as that member. You can now see their presentations, view their analytics, and control the account as if you were the account user.
