Here's how to generate a link to share your Highnote presentation:
Step 1: Share your Highnote from the Presentations tab or from the actual presentation. From the main Presentations screen, click on the share icon for the Highnote that you want to share.
To share from the presentation itself, click on the three dots on the top right and click Share.
Step 2: Enter a name for your link. This will be the name that appears in your Highnote analytics. You can also expand the settings to manage your presentation better, such as requiring an email address to view, allowing feedback, or receiving analytics by email. Click Generate Link.
Step 3: After clicking Generate Link, choose Copy Link to send the link directly to recipients via SMS, iMessage, Slack, Viber, or any messaging platform you use. You can also choose Copy for Email and paste the link directly into an email. Recipients who click on the link will be led directly to your Highnote presentation.
