Managing the Recipients of your Highnote
Managing the Recipients of your Highnote

Here are easy steps to see how well your Highnote presentations are doing.

Updated over a week ago

First, take a look at the status of your Highnote presentations. Click on My Presentations. You'll see a status below the last edited date of each presentation.

  • Shared - Highnotes you've shared but have not been opened.

  • Draft - Highnotes you have not shared.

  • View Count - Highnotes you've shared and have been opened will have a number of views.

Next, click on the three vertical dots on the right side the presentation you want to view and choose Manage Recipients.

Manage Recipients will give you an overview of how many you've invited to the presentation and who have opened, engaged with, and have not yet opened your Highnote presentation.

Here's what they mean:

Opened: Recipients who clicked on the link to view your Highnote.

Engaged: Recipients who have opened your Highnote and interacted with it, including watching a video, clicked a link, or downloading a file.

Unopened: Recipients who have not clicked on the your Highnote presentation link.

If you click on the arrow on the left side of each action, you'll see the recipients under each specific action.

For example, if you click on Unopened, this is what you'll see:

Below this section is Activity. Here, you'll see more information about the specific assets within your Highnote presentations. This tells you which assets are getting the most views and engagement.

Managing recipients gives you a valuable overview of how your presentations are doing and which assets are receiving the most engagement, as well as helpful information that will help you improve your future Highotes.
