You've sent out your Highnote, and you notice it hasn't been opened yet. Here's what you should do to ensure your recipient opens your Highnote presentation.
β
1) Message or call your recipient to tell them to expect a link or email from you or Highnote (if you sent the email using Highnote). Let them know you've sent the presentation, and it will be in their inbox.
2) Remind them to include Highnote in their email's safe sender or safe contact list to ensure they receive the presentation and that it's not marked as spam.
3) Use the Copy for Email feature to make the Highnote link look safe to click. To choose this, click on Create Link on your presentation, then Generate Link. Choose Copy for Email then send this link to your recipient.
Paste the link directly into your email message for the recipient. It will look like this before you send it:
Once sent, the recipient will receive it in their Inbox like this:
This make it clear to the recipient that they are receiving a clickable Highnote presentation and encourage them to open your email.
4) Personalize email subjects to encourage the recipient to open the Highnote. The recipient's name was included in the email subject in the example above. It would also help if you are specific when writing your email subject so your recipient knows what to expect in the email.
β
Don't use all caps when writing email subjects or in the body of your email. Ensure your subject is well-written and straight to the point. Don't add unnecessary images to your email to keep it clean and professional.
5) Remind your recipient to check their Spam folder for a Highnote email and assure them it's safe to click the link.
6) After sending the email and if you haven't heard back from the recipient for a couple of days, send a follow-up message to ask if they've read your email, and if they have received it, ask when you can expect a reply or feedback from them.
These tips are guaranteed to increase your Highnote presentation's open rate.
