Get Feedback from Your Readers

Here's an easy way on how to get feedback from your Highnote presentation readers.

Updated over a year ago

When you send out a Highnote presentation, one of your goals is to find out what your readers think of your Highnote and the information you’ve included in it.

Here’s how your readers can send you feedback about your Highnote:

1) On the right side of the presentation, your viewer will see three icons. From top to bottom: "Forward," "Download," and "Feedback."

2) The reader will click on the third icon for "Feedback."

3) A window will open where the reader can leave their name and their feedback about your Highnote presentation. There’s also an option to include an emoji which some readers may want to include in their feedback.

4) When they’re done writing their feedback, your reader will click on “Send Feedback.”

5) You will receive an email in real-time containing your reader’s feedback on your presentation. It’s that easy!

Receiving feedback and comments about your Highnote presentation is crucial in learning what engages your clients and what you may need to modify or change in your Highnote.

Remember to explicitly ask your reader to send you feedback because they may not know about this option or may choose to ignore it.

Asking for feedback is a great way to continue building your relationship with your potential client (or whoever you sent your Highnote presentation to) and improve your future Highnote presentations.
