How to manage Highnote Team Dashboard?

You can access your Highnote team dashboard by signing in here with your Highnote login credentials: billing.highnote.io 👈🏻

With this dashboard, you would be able to see your list of team members, their last login, and the number of presentations they've created. NOTE: Please disregard its billing/payment features and prompts for now as they are still in the beta stages.

✔ To add members to your team click the "Invite" button

✔ Enter the email address. Use a comma to separate if you will add more

✔ Once you hit "Send", you’ll get a confirmation message

✔ The agent(s) will receive an invitation via email. If they do not have a Highnote account yet, they can click "SIGNUP" to enter their details. Otherwise, they can disregard this step.

✔ After their account has been created, it will appear on your dashboard. Existing Highnote accounts will automatically be added once the invitation was sent successfully.

✔ There will be three categories under "Account Type". Regardless of the category, agents listed in your dashboard will have access to your team Templates:

  • Free - Not signed up for a paid subscription and has limited capabilities

  • Individual Premium - Agents who are paying for their own subscription

  • Company Premium - Agents whose accounts are paid by their team/brokerage

✔ To add an agent to your team billing, click the three dots ( . . . ) to the right to display the options:

  • Free - Select "Upgrade"

  • Individual Premium - Select "Onboard To Company Plan"

If you would like to remove the agent from your team, simply select "Remove From Company". NOTE: The admin's email should also be the same as the billing email for the team invoice.

Please reach out to us (success@highnote.io) for any questions or assistance regarding your team billing.
