Aside from checking out the recipients of our Highnote presentations, we would also like to make sure that we shared and sent them successfully.
One way of verifying it is by checking its status on your dashboard. Your Highnote presentations' status is shown right below the last edited date...
👉🏻 Highnotes you have not shared will appear as a Draft.
👉🏻 Highnotes you've shared but not yet opened will appear as Shared.
👉🏻 Highnotes you've shared and have been opened will have a View Count.

✔ When sending a Highnote via email invite, you would receive an email notification if it was sent successfully.
✔ If your Highnote was sent via a link, you could verify if it was sent using the medium/tool you used (e.g. Google Mail Sent items, Text Delivery Confirmation, iMessage status, etc.).
✔ If you publish your presentation on the web, you can verify if it can already be viewed publicly by clicking the link you created.
