Managing the Recipients of your Highnote

Want to see who you've shared your Highnotes with? Here's how.

Once in a while, we would also like to see how far our presentations have reached... the more the audience, the more we can win the business. Continue reading to learn how to manage the recipients of your Highnote presentations!

πŸ“Œ HIGHNOTE STATUS

Your Highnote presentations' status is shown right below the last edited date...

πŸ‘‰πŸ» Highnotes you have not shared will appear as a Draft.

πŸ‘‰πŸ» Highnotes you've shared but not yet opened will appear as Shared.

πŸ‘‰πŸ» Highnotes you've shared and have been opened will have a View Count.

πŸ“Œ MANAGING RECIPIENTS

If you click on the three vertical dots, the Highnotes you've shared will have an option: "Manage shares". This will give you a breakdown of who has opened, engaged, or not opened your Highnote.

"Manage shares" is also available while in Edit mode.

πŸ‘‰πŸ» Opened - Recipients who clicked on the link to view your Highnote

πŸ‘‰πŸ» Engaged - Recipients who opened your Highnote and interacted with the assets (They may have viewed a video, clicked a link, or downloaded a file.)

πŸ‘‰πŸ» Unopened - Recipients who have not clicked on the link to view your Highnote

πŸ‘‰πŸ» Forwarded - Indicates information whenever your Highnote is forwarded

πŸ‘‰πŸ» Archived - Recipients who have been restricted from accessing your Highnote (see Restricting a Recipient from accessing your Highnote)

Clicking the down arrow will display the contacts. πŸ‘‡πŸ»

If you scroll down further, you will also see more information about the assets within your Highnote. This will let you know which assets are getting the most views.

I bet you want to know who sees your presentations. Try it now!
