If in any case, you have really decided to cancel your account, and need assistance, here are the methods you can take.
📌 METHOD 1: Cancelling via Email
You may let us know about your cancellation via email at billing@highnote.io. The customer care support team will process the email and confirm cancellation.
📌 METHOD 2: Cancelling via Messenger
Directly message Highnote via Messenger. On the lower left corner of the dashboard, you'll find an icon you'll need to click to send a message. The customer care support team will process your request and confirm cancellation.
