Inserting a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) from the Rapattoni MLS system into Highnote is a simple and intuitive process. We'll walk you through every step of the way.
✔ STEP 1. Log in to the Rapattoni system
To get started, open your internet browser and navigate to the Rapattoni MLS, and log in.
✔ STEP 2. Access CMA Creation
In Rapattoni MLS, navigate to the Report field and select “Competitive Market Analysis” from the dropdown menu.
✔ Step 3. Generate and Download CMA
Now, use the available fields on the CMA page to generate your desired CMA. Once complete, click the Generate button and select the appropriate data type (i.e. HTML, XML, etc.) to download the desired version to your computer.
✔ STEP 4. Upload CMA to Highnote
Navigate to Highnote, then click the File Upload button in the section. Select the CMA you just downloaded. Once the upload is complete, click the Insert button to insert the CMA onto the page.
✔ STEP 5. Finalize CMA
Once your CMA is inserted into Highnote, you’re finished!
